Delete your Biosimulant account

This page explains how to delete the account you use for Biosimulant, including the Biosimulant Studio app for iOS and Android, Studio on the web, and the public Hub. Biosimulant and the Biosimulant Studio app are provided by Nitoons Limited. One account covers all of them, so deleting it removes your access everywhere.

In the Biosimulant Studio app

1. Open the menu.
2. Tap your name at the bottom to open your account.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more. This disconnects Biosimulant from your Apple ID.

Without the app

Email support@biosimulant.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account before we delete it.

What happens next

Your account is deactivated right away. You are signed out on every device, and your API keys, agent connections, and push notifications stop working. We complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.

When the deletion is completed, we:

• delete your sign-in links, devices, integrations, and agent sessions;
• delete your personal chats, including their messages and attachments;
• remove your personal labs, runs, and files from the service and delete the stored files;
• replace your name and email address with an anonymous placeholder, and remove personal details from activity logs.

What we keep

• Labs, runs, chats, and files that belong to a team stay with that team and are shown as created by a deleted user.
• Published packages that other people's labs depend on, and research dataset records, stay available without your name.
• Billing and credit records, for as long as the law requires.
• Security logs, for up to 90 days.
• A minimal record that the deletion happened, without your personal information.

Copies in backups and compute storage are removed as they expire.

Changed your mind?

Contact support@biosimulant.com before the deletion is completed and we can restore your account. API keys and agent connections are not restored, so you will need to create them again. Once the deletion is completed, it cannot be undone.
